Joint Venture with Family of Women

Several months ago, two representatives of the women's group Family of Women came to one of our division meetings as guests. These guests presented their mandate, which was to build a new relationship between MDI and FOW. The men at the meeting were completely receptive to this idea and it was proposed that we would undertake some project together as a joint venture.

That was several months ago; now it's April, and the Volunteer Work Weekend that we're doing April 28-30 will be that joint venture project that we've talked about.

We are putting our words into action.
